For everyone that is getting excited and thinking about running Fall-A-Thon 2010, here is a list of websites that have some training schedules to get you ready for the run. Many of them are shorter than 25 weeks, so pace yourself and take your time getting ready, or go all the way and do it in the time given!

I used the last links training schedule when I did my other half-marathons. I loved the schedule because it wasn't too much and felt like I was paced but challenged at the same time. Good Luck! Let me know how you are all doing.

The man in the picture you posted goes to my gym, I kid you not. Every time he sweats, I can smell ham fried rice. I'm looking forward to the fall-a-thon.
dying already
You're giving me the itch...
I just have to tell you how impressed and motivated I am by you! E is almost 3 months now and I've yet to go to the gym or do anything remotely cardiovascular..
Good for you!
