Just when you think your looking your best...

BAM! My stomach literally shot out of my body. Along with my butt, face, and breasts. I don't know when this happened, well somewhere between 24 and 27 weeks, but I am officially protruding, and I am pretty happy about it. People in public and that haven't seen me in a while now feel comfortable asking me when I am due instead of "are you still running?" with a super weird look on there face as they stare at my newly formed love handles that existed during the wonderful stage of my life between the ages of 13 and 21... shudder... Besides that, and feeling like a knife is permanently shoved in my tailbone and middle right side of my back, pregnancy has been good. I have an emotional breakdown once every 2 weeks, and I always look forward to those because they usually end in a much needed full body massage, and whatever I am craving at the moment. I have had a craving for Horchata lately, and if you don't know what that is, I am sorry for you. But the next time you visit a Holiday Oil or a greasy mexican restaurant, they will have it. Get it.
The nursery sure has been quite the project. The transformation has been incredible. It went from once lived in and smoked in by the previous owner to junk room/office/craft room/ laundry room/ stuff we havent looked at for 5 years room, to a pretty decent living space. My first big purchase for that room was a fabulous new recliner that has been a great companion during the long nights when I was getting about 2-3 hours of sleep, and the rest of the time blog stalking and facebooking. So, when the room is complete, I will show y'all.
Celebrated our 5th anniversary.
Halloween was spent on the couch eating all the candy.
Kyle turned 27.
We had a great Thanksgiving.
Got the tree up for Merry Christmas.

4 more months!

WOW, where the heck has time gone!? I cannot believe that I only have 4 more months left in my pregnancy! Kyle and I are so anxious for this bebe. We almost have all complete that we had on a checklist before the baby could come. We still have to do the whole put together nursery thing, but new carpet is in the room, furniture purchased, and 3 months worth of diapers in storage! We are having a little boy, and cannot wait to meet our little man!
In other news... Amanda and Nick moved out, which nearly killed me, but Shanna and one of her friends has moved in. I am so glad I have such great family members, and that I can trust them to live with me and take care of my basement. Few pictures....

The day we found out we were having a little boy.

Happily over half way!

Been a while

Here is what has been going on the past month and a half!

As you can see, May was national bike month, so Kyle and I took the opportunity to put our bikes on the train, get them to Salt Lake City, and cruise around for the day in the city, we rode everywhere! We enjoyed a great lunch at The Robin's Nest ( I would recommend it to anyone), did a little shopping at The Frosty Darling (my new favorite shop) and Gateway, and enjoyed being outside. It was a great day together, and we woke a little saddle sore the next day.

On the cruisers!

Next, we have our annual trip to Lake Powell, it was an absolute blast, and of course, there were many hilarious moments that will be brought up for years to come! Thanks mom and dad and family for a wonderful time!

In Case you were wondering

I have decided to compile a quick little list of things that I/we have become obsessed with over the past month, and hope that you will be just as interested. This is mostly to catch up a little on what has been going on besides the crazy madness in the previous post.

First and foremost- My new macbook . Kyle has been doing a lot of searching around for a used macbook to purchase for me due to our stupid PC somehow allowing a virus to attach to itself and to slowly self destruct. I love that Kyle and I can sit for hours on the couch together and be very entertained by whatever we want on our own computers.

2- The SUN- no explanation needed

3- Robert Plant and Allison Krauss album - Raising Sand. This won album of the year, and rightfully so. The music is enchanting and can be listened to anytime anywhere.

4- Kyles new Holga Camera- I purchased a holga for Christmas for Kyle, and he has been taking a lot of neat pictures and really tapping into his creative side. It has been fun seeing the pictures after he gets them developed. It uses film, so you can do some cool images with light leaks and double exposures. He used Color flashes on these.

5- Wii Fit- video game + exercise= both parties very happy and healthy! Can't get enough hula.

We are loving life, and the weenies!

While you were out...

I have been going crazy the past few weeks! I don't know if it is the lack of sleep, the warmer, colder, then warmer weather, or just a touch of restlesness, but I have been a non-stop maniac. I have full on neglected my couch, reality TV shows, and my blog. Not to mention the dishes in the sink and my own husband. I have completely torn apart the house 3 times and put it all back together again just to make sure I got it clean enough. I painted the entryway to my house, had new lights installed in my kitchen and hallway, cleaned my carpets, made up a choreographed song and dance for the ward roadshow, found time to finish 2 quilts, made some articles of clothing for myself, saw the Draper temple and had just enough time to sneak in a sinus infection.

Wow... I think it is because I haven't been able to fall asleep till 1 AM, so thank you time change, I gained 1 more hour to fit in more productivity.
