Dream come true...

So last weekend, Kyle somehow tricked me into going to the scooter shop. Once we were there, he proceeded to show me the PINK buddy they had there. Next, he got everyone there involved in convincing me that I needed this. Then, he had me test drive it (in pointy-toe high-heeled shoes of course) which then caused me to fall in complete and total love with this dangerous plastic fantastic beauty. I could not resist it. I caught a glimpse of myself in a window while driving it and knew I had to have it. So, Kyle and every other worker at ECO MOTO sold me on this, and I could not be happier! The best part is Kyle had to drive it home. I loved seeing all 200 lbs. and facial hair of Kyle driving this up our street toward our house! Kyle and I have scooter cruised every day on it thanks to the great weather we have been having. And thanks to the great mileage of 100 to the gallon, I have had to spend $3.60 for a fantastic time.

PURRRRDY!!!

Yay!!!!

Last weekend was fantastic! It started with this....


And turned into this...




Cousins TJ and Kim came over, and we had a hobo fire/dinner night! We had a blast with them, and enjoyed the dinner and conversation. One unfortunate thing about being a totally bleached out blonde is that the fire smell stays in your hair for a good week after the fun. We are glad that we dug this fantastic hole in our backyard and we look forward to a summer full of fires!!!

Fine then....

So, I realize that I haven't written in a while, and if you all will refer back to my first post, I believe I did mention that this whole blogging thing was going to be one of those projects that eventually gets put up on the top shelf of my closet and forgot about till one day it falls out and gets a bunch of dust in my eyes, in other words.... completely forgot about. But, I think the real reason is because I have just been too involved with taking the kids to school, helping my husband with his entreprenuership, planting bulbs in the yard, trying to get my visiting teaching done, getting loads of laundry finished, walking the dog, working full time, going to school part time and finishing it all off with a fabulous homemade dinner. ACTUALLY.... I haven't been doing ANY of those things, so I don't know where in the world all my time goes!!!!!!
But whatever I have been doing has been making time fly by fast!!!!! Things are going good... This looks nice...

I can't take it any longer!!!!

I have had it... I can't deal with anymore cold weather. So, I decided to do a blog about things I am looking forward to when the weather decides to FINALLY turn warm.

Campfires- Even if it is in the backyard! I love sitting around, talking and laughing about nothing, and I LOVE ME SOME TIN FOIL DINNERS!!!!







The hammock in our backyard! I love this thing. Kyle and Paul like to chill in it too. Kyle likes to read Paul stories and rock him to sleep in it.



I don't even need to go into detail about this... We all know how much we love Stella




Lake Powell with the fam!!!! I can't even wait!!!



and TONS of swim time at Kyle's mom and dad's pool!!!!!

These are just a few of the things I am SO EXCITED for!!! I can't even wait!!!
