Happy Halloween and Happy Birthday...

We had an amazing Halloween weekend. It started with a get together with food, fun, and frankenstein. The best part was Paul dressed up as a pirate with Kyle and I. Penny, however, did not dress up, because any time we try to dress her up, she rips the costumes/items to shreds. So she missed out.

Saturday the first, Amanda and I surprised Kyle and Nick with tickets to the Denver/Miami NFL game for their birthdays! These are Kyle and Nick's favorite teams. This has been in the works for 2 months!!! We took them to skybox to watch the U and Jazz game, had cupcakes in the football teams colors delivered to our table, and surprised them with cards that had the game and airline tickets in them! The boys were so excited, and Amanda and I were relieved that we had pulled off the whole thing, surprised the boys, and had an excellent Sunday together. We had joked around that we would enjoy having a Sunday with no video games and football, but we came right home from church and played Dr. Mario for an hour, then headed of to our parents and watched the ENTIRE Denver/Miami game. The boys had an amazing time, and were both so glad that they had the chance to go see both of their favorite teams play each other. And Kyle's Dolphins WON!!!! I was happy to see that I made my husbands ultimate dream come true. It was the best day of his life, and rightfully so!
