I know I have been SUCH a slacker. I haven't posted for 2 months!!! Ugh. I get so mad at myself when this happens. And so many great things have happened. March was just a whole lotta waiting for warm weather. We spent any chance we could outside in the sunshine. Bo had quite a few Dr. Appointments. 1 year check up, Allergist, Accupuncture. So that also took up a lot of our time. We also had a fun 1 year photo shoot for Bo! He was getting sick that day and was pretty grumpy, but we got some GREAT pictures of him. I did trade work with a client of mine who is a fabulous photographer! She took about 1500 pictures, and had her energy up the entire time and got Bo to crack smiles right and left! Thanks so much Tiff for the photo session. You have an amazing talent with photography. Handsome Devil He gouged my eye out after this All Boy I can't get enough of this picture A giant cupcake for a job well done April was also spent wishing for warm weather. We did get to go to "The Desert House" Kyle's Parent's vacation home in St. George. The weather was amazing, and we had a fabulous time eating an insane amount of peeps, playing at the sand dunes, and a family jump rope challenge. At the sand dunes Rolling Easter Eggs down the sand hills Kyle jumping the bushes Probably the 20th peep Bo consumed Easter morning.... His face was stained from the colored sugar.
I can't believe May is already here. I am glad too. Good riddance Winter. I never want to see you again. I am excited for Mother's Day weekend. I am going with my Mom and sisters to park city overnight for a girls retreat. It is just going to be a lot of eating, shopping, and eating. I can't wait! On Sunday, I am looking forward to the Mom's day brunch that Kyle and his dad make for me and Patti. Kyle works really hard to make sure I have a good mother's day. Even before I was a mother, he always did something special. One year he bought me a lemon tree to take care of and prove myself worthy to take care of a child. The tree died a year later. I am glad he decided to still let me give it a try. I have done well so far.
